Refund Policy

ReframeCV offers a credit-based digital product. Credits are consumable units used to access AI-powered features such as resume generation, ATS scoring, and cover letter creation. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. Unused Credit Packages
If you have purchased a credit package and have not used any credits from that package, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
2. Partially Used Credit Packages
If any credits from a purchased package have been consumed (used to generate a resume, run an ATS score, create a cover letter, etc.), that package is no longer eligible for a refund. Credits are digital consumables and cannot be “returned” once used.
3. Subscription Refunds
If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. For example, if you cancel halfway through your billing cycle, you will be refunded for the remaining half.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the refunded period. You will retain access to the Service and your remaining credits until then.
4. Free Credits
Free credits provided upon account registration are non-transferable and non-refundable. They are a complimentary benefit and carry no monetary value.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to:
Please include the following information:
- Your account email address
- Your order ID or transaction reference (found in your purchase confirmation email from Paddle)
- The reason for your refund request (optional)
6. Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, and typically appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks and disputed payments are handled by Paddle in accordance with their policies.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
